Account Rules & Responsibilities

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on c44k: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; exploiting software errors or bugs for financial gain; colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage; using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud; and providing false information during registration or KYC. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure without refund.

Account Suspension & Closure

c44k reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice. Upon closure, c44k will review any remaining balance and determine whether a withdrawal is permissible based on the circumstances. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.

Deposits & Withdrawals

c44k supports multiple payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following methods are currently accepted:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Card payments: Visa, Mastercard
• Minimum deposit: ৳200; minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 1–24 hours, subject to verification

Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. c44k does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Requests that cannot be matched to a verified account identity may be declined.

Bonuses & Promotions

c44k offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time of issue. General conditions that apply to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household or device. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.
• c44k reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited, the relevant wagering requirement and expiry terms remain binding.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Subsequent deposits are subject to reload and loyalty promotions as published on the c44k promotions page. Free spins awarded as part of a bonus are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games on c44k operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and independent of any previous result. Game results are final once a round or spin has concluded. Disputes raised after a game round has been settled will only be accepted if there is clear evidence of a technical fault.

For sports betting and cricket markets, the following rules apply:

• Bets are accepted up until the official start of a match or event. In-play bets may be accepted at c44k's discretion and are subject to updated odds.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, all bets will be voided and stakes returned unless a minimum number of overs or periods have been completed as specified in the relevant market rules.
